Keiko Yoshino is an emerging technology attorney with over a decade of experience in economic development and strategic communications. She currently works with Helium Mobile, advancing technology solutions that expand cellular connectivity while enabling cities, transportation hubs, and universities to generate passive revenue streams—all without capital expenditures.
In 2021, Keiko founded the Puerto Rico Blockchain Trade Association (PRBTA), where she has led the island’s adoption of Web3 through education, advocacy, and community building. Under her leadership, PRBTA has built strategic partnerships with government agencies, universities, and associations to launch workshops, bootcamps, and accredited Web3 courses that open opportunities for the next generation of innovators.
Before entering the private sector, Keiko served as Legislative Director for a Washington, D.C. City Council member and later for the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development. She graduated cum laude from Valparaiso Law School and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Anthropology from Mount Holyoke College.
